THE KEEP GARDEN ROOM, 2022
We loved working with Ana on the design stage of the project. It's here where you notice she is not only architecturally imaginative but also her decisions are sympathetic to your environment, from the style of your current building to the environment itself and how to get the most out of it. The final result is such a flexible space.
It's sunk down and blended into the garden, utilising the most of an awkward part of land into so many features. It's a working space, a play space, an art space, a sleep space, a quiet space, a music space, a hangout space. It's a beautiful and warm part of our house that any of us will use as an escape for many years.
SOUTH ROW, listed SPAN FLAT, 2022
This was a difficult project requiring negotiations with the Council’s Planning Department and the Residents’ Association as well as some demolition and rebuilding. Ana managed the whole project competently and on time, working closely with the main contractor, solving problems as they appeared and consulting with me when the need arose. Throughout she paid great attention to my requirements and at the same time managed to retain important features of the original design.

NORTH SEVERAL, 2017
Ana has been very supportive in helping me upgrade my 1968 town house. Of course, she brought all her architectural skills to sort out problems with pipes, lighting and lighting outputs, design and placement of radiators and heating outputs, choice of bath taps and shower fitments, viability of putting in a modern gas fire with flue and the design of built in furniture.
But what I valued most has been her thoughtful suggestions and ability to source colours, curtains, floor coverings etc. I have found her input friendly, sensitive, appropriate and timely.
TWO GARDENS & TWO STUDIOS, 2018
We faced a very difficult challenge in creating a studio space or hobby room and integrating this with a new garden design. The studio space was transformed with great attention to detail - window design, materials for cladding, underfloor heating and imaginative lighting.
The garden design has integrated the study room and is spectacular in how the sunlight slants through the construction providing a Mediterranean feel. Ana has been very sensitive to our changed thinking through this process and has been most particular in her choice of wood for the fencing, stone work, contrasting brick steps and positioning of a small pond.
The result is a huge success and will give us much pleasure. Thank you.

We are delighted with our bathroom, which we find aesthetically-pleasing as well as very comfortable and practical. Ana interpreted our aspirations for a bathroom that would fit in with a Regency house and came up with a meticulously worked out design. She has a good knowledge of periods and styles.
She oversaw the work at every stage with an impressive eye for detail, whilst also being open to suggestions from us - which made it a fun and creative project. We particularly valued her sourcing of materials, which was impressive.
Her constant monitoring of the process meant that there were no hiccups in the practical execution of the work. She would be our first choice for any other projects in the future.

Ana did a fantastic job reconciling our various and, at times, opposing visions for the refurbishment of our ground floor – she has incredibly creative ideas and brought innovative solutions to issues that cropped up along the way, so the design we agreed on was fresh and modern and has entirely changed the look and feel of our house. We’ve all been delighted with it!
Ana is an excellent architect. She was very thorough and hands on, so we left her entirely with the project management, which was so helpful. She found and managed the contractors and everything was delivered according to plan. She is also extremely personable and has been a pleasure to work with – we would highly recommend her.
